• Responsible to manned the reception counter and answer the phone calls for the main line of the company.
• Greet, welcome visitors and ensure all visitors are recorded in the logbooks.
• Responsible to handle all incoming and outgoing mail / courier / parcel.
• Responsible for the pantry management and ensure pantry services is carried out by tea lady according to the planned checklist.
• Responsible to maintain the inventory of office stationery, first aid kid and restock when required.
• Responsible for creating the tea lady schedule, dealing with any employee complaints and ensuring office employee work is up to standard.

• Assist all corporate travelers with travel arrangement such as flight ticket, accommodation and logistic arrangement.
• Timely payment of utilities, vendors, suppliers or any other related payment within the department and liaise with finance department.
• Assist maintenance of the office systems and filling to ensure that the daily operation runs smoothly.
• Assist in managing the document control management such as document control and templates.
• Perform any other tasks as required by the immediate superior


• Be proficient at using Microsoft Office;
• Possess great interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively in English and Malay
• A ‘can do’ attitude in facing challenges and problem solving.
• Customer service orientation and team player.


Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Communication or any other relevant qualification.
