Responsibilities
We’re looking for developers, who can help us deliver our BI and DWH solutions in an Azure Databricks and Power BI based Analytics Platform.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Design, develop and maintain data streams and pipelines in an Azure Databricks.
Design and build data models and marts to store data for optimal readability and performance.
Develop and maintain Power BI datasets and dataflows.
Design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.
Translate business needs to technical specifications.
You assignments can include:
Build a new logistics data mart with complex KPI definitions.
Design and develop a generic transformation pipeline in Spark SQL/PySpark to populate a data mart.
Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert data to meaningful insights.
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
+5 years working experience as a Data engineer, Data developer, DWH Developer or in similar roles.
Wide understanding of Data Warehouse and BI methodologies and concepts.
Experience in building enterprise-wide data models.
Experience with: Spark (Databricks), Python and SQL.
Fluency in English.
Nice-to-have skills:
Practical knowledge of Git and CI/CD.
Good understanding of industry trends and methodologies used in the Cloud environment (Azure ideally).
Power BI.
Soft-Skills:
Creative Problem solver and negotiator.
You have a flexible and organized work style.
You have experience working on an international scale with a variety of cultures.
Education
Bachelor or master’s in computer science or similar OR relevant years of experience.
Travelling
No travel requirement but some roles may benefit from visiting teams and stakeholders in STARK BU’s.

The possibility of work with streaming the data - for future intention is the data to be consumed in real time as possible.
