Responsibilities

As a Web Support Specialist you will be part of the Commercial Operations team in Global Marketing where you will interact with multiple stakeholders from international Sales Companies, IT and Marketing.

Your responsibilities:

Handle issues and fixes related to our online touchpoints worldwide

Ensure fast and appropriate response to reported issues and tasks

Assist in implementing new features

Test of new and current digital features

Create landing pages for campaigns and other brand content in Sitecore CMS

Setup and roll out of new country websites

Handle web-related correspondence with local markets

Train web editors from our local sales companies worldwide and provide training material

Qualifications

Technical Requirements (Must Have):

Prior work experience in web editing and web problem-solving

Hands-on experience using any CMS for example: WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal, etc.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Technical Requirements (Good to Have):

Service mindset; positive attitude; proactivity

Soft Skills Requirements:

Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to work and communicate in a diverse and multicultural team
