We are seeking a full-time on-site IT Administrator to join our IT team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users and maintaining IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. You will work under the supervision of IT Manager to ensure that all IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently. You are expected to enjoy helping and communicating with people.

  • Install/Configure and maintain hardware and software systems (desktops, laptops, printers, access control devices and other IT peripherals.)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and provide technical support to end-users.
  • Assist IT colleagues in maintaining and monitoring network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, access points, etc.)
  • Create and maintain user accounts, email accounts, and email groups in Microsoft365/Azure Active Directory.
  • Monitor system performance and resource utilization and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide IT training and support to end-users.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on IT systems and applications.
  • Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.


Technical Skills (Must Have):
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, administration, or engineering.
  • Proven experience in networking skills.
  • Strong technical background, logic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of maintaining performance and composure under demanding conditions.
  • Adept at managing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Technical Skills (Good to have):
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure ecosystem, such as Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
  • Knowledge in ITIL, helpdesk system, and customer service.
  • Added advantage with AWS, hosting experience, or other cloud-based security platforms
  • Understanding on Active Directory, Security, Email services and Cloud services.
  • Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW)
  • IT Asset Management
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Practical experience in CCNA or equivalent job tasks.


Diploma/bachelor's in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
