We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to oversee our dynamic DevOps team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes deployments, and cloud infrastructure on Azure. You'll be working closely with multiple teams, including those focused on our Magento systems and .NET applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our software services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DevOps engineers.
  • Oversee Azure Cloud and on-prem architecture and services, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Manage Kubernetes clusters, including scaling, security, and monitoring. Oversee containerization of applications using Docker.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues promptly.

  • 8+ years of experience in a DevOps role, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership position.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with support of Magento/Adobe Commerce or other ecommerce systems; Understanding of Magento deployment process.
  • At least 4 years of experience working and designing Kubernetes and Container-based infrastructure. Experience with Kubernetes cloud solution.
  • At least 5 years of experience working Azure Cloud, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Experience working in on-prem set up, creating and managing VMs; Support connectivity between on-prem and Azure Cloud.
  • Proficient in working with BitBucket and Jira tools.
  • Understanding and Experience with Magento Architecture and systems that Magento relies on: MySQL, nginx, Varnish, Redis, PHP, PHP-FPM, etc.
  • Configuring and Deploying Infrastructure, using tools like Terraform, Ansible, etc.
  • Set up, support and optimization of monitoring tools, such as New Relic, ELK stack and others.
  • Infrastructure cost monitoring and optimization.


You have a University Degree; Computer Science or a related field.


Willingness to travel once or twice a year.
