●Understand the underlying business goals and propose only features that can be demonstrated to support these goals (rather than accepting a long list of user stories with no questions asked)
●Collaborate with others through whiteboarding and pair programming sessions.
●Produce clean code and practice merciless refactoring supported by unit and acceptance testing.
●Design, code, deploy and monitor the software we create.
●Refactor, troubleshoot and upgrade existing software.
●Offer constructive feedback to colleagues when you see fit.

We are looking for a skilled software engineer with experience in test-driven development (TDD) to join our team of engineers to build superior software to benefit its users and business stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you must be a team player with a keen eye for detail and a creative problem solver with a “get things done” attitude. You should be eager to help others and share your knowledge, with the passion for learning and improving yourself and others.
The ideal candidate would have experience in building cloud-native products by working collaboratively in small increments to quickly and frequently get feedback.

BSc/BA degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline OR relevant years of experience in required skills.
