We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Development Representative to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads and securing meetings for our sales team. If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for generating leads and driving business growth. We invite you to apply. You will take charge of establishing a new telemarketing unit and subsequently become an integral part of the team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Inside Sales.
  • Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Communicating with potential clients, making outbound calls and following up on leads.
  • Understanding client needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Lead Qualification:
  • Engage in effective communication to understand client needs and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
  • Creating relationships with clients to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
  • Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups
Meeting Generation:
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for scheduled meetings with potential clients.
  • Leverage persuasive communication to articulate the value proposition of our different Business Models.
CRM Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results.


  • Proven experience as an Sales Development Representative
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • 2-3 years of experience in TM or sales
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment


Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or relevant years of experience in required skills.


Travel to other INSCALE locations depend on project requirement.
