Established in 2017, our Client, Effitrax, is a Belgian company specializing in connected vehicles. Since 2021, Effitrax develops and markets unique full WEB telematics solutions for the management of fleets of heavy vehicles. Its clientele includes fleet owners and managers (major accounts), as well as manufacturers and equipment suppliers. These solutions rely on an onboard device in vehicles and a WEB platform for data collection, processing, and sending actionable information, independent of the brand, type or energy source of the vehicle.
Effitrax specializes in smart data collection for vehicle fleets: they serve various business verticals, as long as you need to improve your vehicle usage rate and optimize fuel consumption and maintenance. Their strength is in the knowledge of vehicles and the capacity to collect the relevant data needed in operations.

The Client Project Manager's main mission is to ensure the follow-up of client projects: development, maintenance, and evolution of solutions developed for clients, including both an onboard component in the vehicle and a processing component in the cloud. This person will be responsible for the schedule, budgets, and quality in relation to clients.
The Client Project Manager also undertakes pre-sales missions in collaboration with the sales team to
ensure the compatibility of Effitrax solutions with the client's environment. They also participate in
contract negotiations when dealing with clients whose projects require special attention and serve as the
interface between the technical services of the clients and the technical management of Effitrax.
For their work, the Client Project Manager relies on an internal and external technical team. They also
have a budget linked to the various projects.
Tasks to be carried out:
1. Pre-sales support (20%)
Supporting the sales team with customers
Participation in the drafting of offers.
2. Client project (60%)
Definition of the project scope with the client
Setting up the organization and general framework
Follow-up of developments up to validation and production
Budget and planning follow-up
Transition of projects to production after acceptance
3. Customer Interface (20%)
Regular reporting to the customer (reports, KPIs)
You must have:
A minimum of 5 years' professional experience.
Significant experience in a client-facing position.
Experience using project management tools such as MS Project or Gantter.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English/French, another language would be a plus.
It would be nice if you also have:
General knowledge of CAN Bus technologies
Knowledge in Big Data and cloud environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics or Automotive is preferrable)

Willing to travel to France, Belgium and Spain when needed.
