We have an underlying platform with generic capabilities and then build industry-specific solutions on top of that that solve real-world problems. Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the entire end to end delivery of the Napier solution for clients based in Asia Pacific (including China, Australia and New Zealand) and will be responsible for:
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to align project objectives and address concerns. This includes 3rd Party Vendor Solutions.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to avoid potential project roadblocks.
• Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and managing changes as necessary.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards and perform thorough testing and validation before deployment.
• Project Financials: Monitor project man days, and resource utilization to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
• Reporting: Generate regular status reports, project updates, and other relevant documentation to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Resource Allocation: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, managing workload distribution and promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize project management methodologies for increased efficiency and productivity.
• Client Support: Provide post-project support, addressing client inquiries and feedback to maintain long-term relationships.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills:-
• Project Management Expertise: Proven experience managing complex software development projects, preferably in the AML or compliance domain, with a track record of successful delivery.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Language: The incumbent is needed to facilitate effective communication with clients and stakeholders in Chinese-speaking markets.
• Leadership: Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide project teams towards achieving project objectives.
• Time Management: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address project-related challenges and find effective solutions.
• Team Player: Collaborative approach to work, fostering a positive team environment and promoting teamwork.

Good to Have Skills: -
• Project Management Certifications: Possession of relevant Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP) to demonstrate expertise in the field. Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to facilitate adaptive project management.
• AML Certifications: Possession of relevant AML certifications (e.g., ACAMS) to demonstrate expertise in the field.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software development methodologies, technologies, and concepts relevant to AML solution development.
• Client-Facing Experience: Previous experience in client-facing roles, such as sales or customer support, to understand and address client needs effectively.
