You will be responsible for the entire end to end delivery of the Napier solution for clients based in Asia Pacific (including China, Australia and New Zealand) and will be responsible for:
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to align project objectives and address concerns. This includes 3rd Party Vendor Solutions.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to avoid potential project roadblocks.
• Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and managing changes as necessary.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards and perform thorough testing and validation before deployment.
• Project Financials: Monitor project man days, and resource utilization to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
• Reporting: Generate regular status reports, project updates, and other relevant documentation to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Resource Allocation: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, managing workload distribution and promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize project management methodologies for increased efficiency and productivity.
• Client Support: Provide post-project support, addressing client inquiries and feedback to maintain long-term relationships.
