What you bring to the team:
1. Experience doing end to end recruiting for tech positions, ideally gained in a fast-paced environment.
2. Good understanding of Talent Acquisition process, KPI’s and systems.
3. Management of different stakeholders, e.g., Delivery Managers, Hiring Managers - you manage your own processes.
4. Able to build talent acquisition strategies adapted to each situation (standard, niche).
5. Drive a best-in-class candidate experience by acting as a career coach who cultivates long term relationships and builds a sustainable candidate pipeline.
6. Capability to "sell" the company to passive and active tech talent.
7. Source niche and standard tech talent using social media, job boards, our database, our employees’ networks, etc..
8. Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals and create brand awareness.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Tech Talent Acquisition
• Creative and resilient to find different ways to proactively find the best talent in the market
• Enough technical expertise to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A positive, results driven attitude and mindset
• Ability to negotiate in different environments
• Fluency in English is a must-have
BSc in Psychology, Sociology, HR Management, or relevant experience.
