Responsibilities

Are you motivated by building something new? And do you want to influence decisive decisions in a serverless and cloud-based bank?
Kompasbank is a new bank built from the ground up with the goal of helping small and medium-sized businesses achieve their full potential. We have created the first independent banking platform in Denmark that is 100% cloud-based and 100% serverless, which means we can develop new products faster and at lower costs compared to other established banks. As a neobank, we insist that we can build the banking model of the future by freeing ourselves from traditional banking thinking. You will therefore not be disqualified from the position if you have no experience from the banking world - on the contrary.

Qualifications

Must Have:
● At least 3-5 years of experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure
● Strong understanding of how to secure AWS environments and meet compliance requirements
● Experience with GitHub and deploying applications on AWS using CI/CD pipelines
● Experience with Typescript and Infrastructure as code including CDK
● Experience with Disaster recovery and Resiliency in AWS
● Monitoring, alerting and logging
● Change management understanding is key

Good To Have:
● Optimization of Developer experience
● BCP
● Service management experience

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.(If no degree but have with solid experience, we still consider)
