We're looking for a born networker who has a natural ability to enthuse prospects; someone who has a passion for consultative selling to drive the company sales effort and work closely with the Global Head, Facilities & Administration to grow sales in the market of workplace by providing workplace solutions to our potential customers. This is a full-time position and will be part of our growing Sales and Growth organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales of company products and services which includes coworking, room rental and rooftop rental for events management.

• Define and implement the sales strategy for your area, overseeing the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to successfully closingdeals. Outsidethebox thinkingto developnew and unique sales tactics.
• Responsible for presenting and selling company products and services which covers coworking services, room rental and rooftop rental for events management.
• Identifyprospective customers, lead generationand conversion ofprospect into a subscription.
• Develop and implement best practices in their market to maximize lead generation,
prospecting, pipeline creation and conversion rates across industries.
• Generate leads and proactive sales by executing against your promotional and networking events and activities.
• Build relationships with potential business clients and brokers to sell them our added-value services and products.
• Keeping abreast of the local market by attending networking events and building strong channel relationships with commercial brokers.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of our offerings while staying current in understanding the competitive landscape and industry trends.
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs and requirements, emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
• Answer questions about the products and services provided by the company, negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
• Conducting in-house Tours & briefing the clients/customers on the Facilities Available in respective Centers.
• Fostering collaboration across other teams and maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.


• About 2 - 3 years of sales experience with a history of overachieving targets in a market-leading B2B sales organization.
• Strong experience in B2B sales across workplace products and real estate.
• Proven success in establishing effective relationships with key decision-makers
• Strong knowledge of coworking, and events management, and highly focused on numbers and processes.
• Proven track record working in a high growth, fast-paced environment. Startup experience will be an advantage
• Practical solution seller who takes a hands-on approach and is driven to achieve results
• Skilled relationship manager and consultant who can generate and grow valuable long-term client partnerships.
• Excellent team player and communicator with fluent English.


• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Mass Communication or equivalent (completed studies)


• No travel requirements.


• We will require this person to work in the hybrid model (3 days in the office per week) • We will pay a competitive salary according to qualifications and experience.
• We willpay one-time commission for signed client agreement per client + per seatcommission will be added into monthly base salary until the end of client agreement.
• We work a five-day a week.
