We are looking to hire a Quality Analyst. You will be part of a development team that will drive the continual improvement of product quality, where you can gain experience, exposure, and growth within the team.

Responsibilities

As a Software Tester in TimeLog you will work in a dedicated team to continuously improve and extend the software products of the company. Your tasks will be mainly focused on test automation (strategy and execution) although some functional testing of the developed code is to be expected. You will also assist the QA lead in development and implementation of the QA strategy. You will also to some extend be validating and locating the exact point of failure for bugs reported in the production system by the end-users. Involve in testing and test planning of TimeLog project. It is key that you are passionate about test automation and have a mentality of setting quality expectations to the development teams, rather than proving that they didn’t do it right. We want developers to be responsible for executing quality, and QA engineers to develop the game rules.
This includes:
• Data and system setup, management of test data
• Planning test activities of assigned work for optimal and efficient testing results
• Creation of test case, test report, test result, and test summary report where appropriate for TimeLog projects
• Logging and tracking of software faults for TimeLog Project
• Liaising with TimeLog software development, customer support, and management regarding ambiguous functionality
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites & test strategies

Qualifications

Must have:
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing
• Solid understanding of Test automation, with documented work experience
• Understanding of programming concepts
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL
Nice to have:
• CTFL – Certified Testing Foundation Level
• Experience with C#
• Experience with .NET web development (ASP.NET, MVC)
• Experience with debugging in Visual Studio environment
• Knowledge in any scripting language is an added advantage

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
