Trading Operations is a team of dedicated professionals in charge of GCEX's trading and client operational processes. To improve processes and reduce risk, the team collaborates closely with Sales, Technology, and Finance, as well as introducing and implementing new products and services. At all times we are focused on providing excellent customer service, offering client support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Accurately settling and documenting daily transactions (daily reconciliation).
• Identifying and managing operational risks.
• Providing tailored trading and technology solutions to meet client needs.
• Management of clients’ day-to-day demands.


Must Have:
• Knowledge of derivative products preferable, including currencies/FX, commodities, crypto assets, or other OTC derivatives.
• Strong experience with MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Functional knowledge of operations and trade lifecycle.
• Familiarity with trading and back-office platforms.

Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of FIX API is advantageous.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, including interfacing across all levels and with Vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work to stringent deadlines.
• Ability to partner with colleagues across functions and lead effectively across geographical boundaries.
• Applicants with a second language will be prioritized and strong communication in English is to be expected.


• BS/BA degree in Business fields or related discipline OR relevant years of experience in required skills.
