We are growing the HRM team in Malaysia and are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join us. As part of the HRM team, you will be assisting the Senior HR Executive in the management and execution of HR initiatives, which includes handling day-to-day operations in HR administration.

• Employee onboarding – contract generation & profile creation of new joiners, ensure smooth onboarding process for new joiners.
• Performance management – Monitor & follow up with supervisor on probation / confirmation
• Insurance Management – manage insurance subscription/ deletion, claims management, insurance verification & submission to finance for payment
• Expats passes & visas – prepare documentation for passes application to MDEC
• Training Management – submission of grants & claims on HRDCorp
• Statutory Related matters – management of SOCSO portal, EPF contribution management
• Employee Engagement – liaise with 3rd party vendors for employee engagement activities
• Other HR admin related matters – employee’s claim, issuance of confirmation letter / increment letter / proof of employment etc.

• 1 - 3 years of previous experience of working in a HR generalist role / similar role
• Experience in MS office suites (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Highly organized and able to deal with multiple activities at one time
• Excellent command of English, spoken and written
• A high degree of maturity and integrity with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous sense of responsibilities and good working attitude & follow up skills

Nice to have:
• Good knowledge in Malaysian Labor Legislations (industrial relations practices, labour law and latest Government regulations)
