We are currently hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the talent acquisition function and help the organisation hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.
As a Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be in charge to design, develop and execute talent acquisition strategy for our company. You should be able to find, hire and retain talented candidates, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships at the workplace.
You will be working directly with international clients, manage and grow the Recruitment team in Ukraine, Malaysia, Portugal and in Macedonia and at the same time lead projects. You will occasionally be involved in pre-sales recruitment meetings as a technical recruiter representative. You will not be asked to acquire new clients as our stream of new clients is strong.

Your work for INSCALE will include the following roles:
• Implement, formulate, lead all sourcing strategies/tactics and continuously improving our headhunting and evaluation process
• Build and grow talent profiles for current and future job openings
• Supervise all stages of candidate experience that includes application, interviews, and communications
• Host and participate in recruitment events to drive awareness about our organization
• Predict employee/talent needs based on business growth plans
• Measure key recruitment metrics, like a source of hire and time-to-hire
• Supervising and leading the recruiting team and reporting on its performance
• Responsible for team members development and retention
• Lead Requirements Gathering with Clients - Understanding the technical and personal competences that the candidates must possess to be suitable for a specific position. This involves dialogue with the customers as well as the customer’s existing development team and other staff members of INSCALE

What we are looking for:
• In-depth and robust understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
• Proven and practical work experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead/ Senior Manager / Principal or a similar role is a must
• The candidate should have excellent team-management skills
• Hands-on experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
• Should be able to foster long-term relationships with internal teams, external partners, and candidates
• Strong working knowledge of posting jobs on social media networks.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to discover bottlenecks in the recruiting procedure.
• Should have considerable and demonstrable experience in managing full cycle recruiting practices and employer branding initiatives
• A Headhunter who does not only handle CVs from job portals but performs active search of candidates using different headhunting methods.


• More than 8 years’ experience in recruiting IT professionals
• More than 5 years’ experience in active headhunting of IT professionals
• Ability to define the technical and soft skills required for a position
• Ability to evaluate the candidate’s competences and match it towards the position
• Ability to work closely with customers and colleagues
• Base understanding of the development platforms and the IT jargon


You have a BSc in IT/ Engineering or a recognized Degree in another field.


There could be travelling required to local networking sessions and overseas travel based on project requirements.
